• Worked on the character curation, design, and development of the entire Pokémon Hard Goods line, especially items with high complexity mechanical, and electronic features, as well as the Select Collector’s line. 

• Traveled to The Pokémon Company Headquarters to develop the design direction for the toy line, as well as to Hong Kong and China to ensure the line’s quality on the production line.

• Lead the team in brand cohesion, development process, problem solving, presentations and trade show prep, as well as mentored the design team on the fundamentals of the brand, working with the licensor, product development and design direction.

• Worked on the launch of the Ever After High Fashion Doll line, which included character design, environment concepts, story development, and electronic feature toy designs.

• Worked on Monster High fashion doll line designing and developing characters, fashion dolls, high complexity play sets and high complexity electronic innovation items, as well as contribute to story development, model making, and trade show presentations.
